Policy

Your Designs Stay Protected. Period.

We sign NDA before review.
Your drawings, specs, and ideas stay 100% confidential.

1. Our Commitment to Confidentiality in CNC Manufacturing

In precision machining, confidentiality is not optional — it is the foundation of trust. As a professional manufacturer providing CNC machining, lathe turning, stamping, and surface treatment services, we work with custom drawings, proprietary designs, and sensitive engineering data every day. We fully understand that your technical files represent years of research, development investment, and competitive advantage in your market.

For this reason, we treat all customer information as strictly confidential. Whether you share 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, material specifications, tolerances, testing standards, or business plans, we handle them with controlled internal procedures designed to prevent unauthorized access. Confidentiality applies from the very first inquiry, including RFQ discussions, sampling stages, mass production, and post-delivery support.

Our company culture emphasizes discretion, professionalism, and respect for intellectual property. Protecting your designs is part of our manufacturing responsibility — not an extra service.

2. Scope of Information Covered Under This Policy

This Confidentiality Policy covers all forms of technical and commercial information shared with us during cooperation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engineering drawings (2D/3D)

  • CAD, STEP, IGES, or other design files

  • Material specifications and surface treatment requirements

  • Tolerance standards and testing criteria

  • Samples and prototypes

  • Product development documentation

  • Pricing agreements and commercial terms

  • Customer lists and business strategies

Confidential information may be transmitted through email, encrypted file sharing platforms, cloud systems, physical documents, USB drives, or direct meetings. Regardless of format, the same level of protection applies.

We recognize that even small dimensional details or process notes can reveal strategic design intent. Therefore, every piece of shared data is treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.

3. Internal Access Control and Data Security Measures

Access to customer information is strictly limited to authorized personnel directly involved in your project. Engineers, production managers, and quality control staff only receive access relevant to their assigned tasks. Files are stored within controlled digital environments protected by password management systems and firewall security.

We implement the following safeguards:

  • Restricted internal file permissions

  • Encrypted data storage systems

  • Dedicated project folders with access logging

  • Secure backup procedures

  • Controlled printing policies

  • Immediate deletion protocols after project completion (if requested)

Physical documents are stored in secure office areas with limited entry. Visitors and third-party personnel are not allowed access to engineering data without prior authorization.

Our objective is simple: minimize exposure, limit risk, and maintain full traceability of data usage inside our facility.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Legal Protection

We fully support signing Non-Disclosure Agreements before receiving any confidential material. If you have your own NDA template, we are ready to review and execute it promptly. If needed, we can also provide our standard NDA for mutual protection.

Our NDAs typically cover:

  • Prohibition of unauthorized disclosure

  • Restriction on reverse engineering

  • Limitations on reproduction or duplication

  • Defined duration of confidentiality obligations

  • Legal remedies in case of breach

Confidentiality obligations apply not only to our company but also to employees and approved subcontractors involved in the project. All staff members are required to follow internal confidentiality guidelines as part of their employment agreements.

We understand that legal clarity builds confidence. Clear contractual terms provide both parties with a secure cooperation framework.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property and Custom Tooling

In CNC machining and stamping projects, custom fixtures, molds, dies, and tooling are often developed specifically for one client. We recognize that these tools represent proprietary assets and production advantages.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Customer-owned tooling remains the property of the customer

  • Tooling will not be used for any third-party production

  • Designs will not be shared or reproduced

  • Spare parts or duplicate tooling require written authorization

We do not copy, modify, or sell customer designs to other buyers. Our manufacturing capacity is built on custom service, not product duplication. Your intellectual property remains yours at all times.

6. Third-Party Suppliers and Subcontractor Confidentiality

In certain cases, surface treatment or specialized processing may involve qualified external partners. When such cooperation is necessary, confidentiality protection extends to those partners as well.

We ensure that:

  • Only minimal required data is shared

  • External partners sign confidentiality agreements

  • Sensitive dimensions or full design files are restricted when possible

  • We supervise outsourced processes to maintain compliance

Supplier selection follows strict evaluation standards. Confidentiality compliance is a mandatory condition for cooperation. We do not disclose complete product structures unless absolutely necessary for processing purposes.

Your project data is never shared for marketing, sampling, or reference display without written approval.

7. Data Retention, Storage Duration, and Disposal

Confidential data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or support repeat production orders. If long-term cooperation exists, we may securely archive technical files for production continuity and quality consistency.

Upon request, we can:

  • Permanently delete digital files

  • Return physical documents

  • Destroy samples or prototypes

  • Provide written confirmation of data deletion

Secure disposal procedures include controlled deletion, shredding of printed documents, and restricted file overwriting to prevent recovery.

We respect your right to control your technical assets even after production is completed.

8. Continuous Improvement and Contact for Confidential Matters

Confidentiality management is not static. As manufacturing technology and digital systems evolve, we continuously review and improve our data protection measures. Internal audits, employee training, and process updates ensure that security standards remain aligned with industry best practices.

If you have specific confidentiality requirements — such as restricted photography, segregated production areas, encrypted communication channels, or dedicated engineering teams — we are ready to accommodate reasonable requests.

For any concerns regarding confidential information, you may contact our management team directly. We take all inquiries seriously and respond promptly.

Trust is built through transparency and consistent action. Protecting your designs and business information is an ongoing commitment integrated into every machining project we undertake.
